A clearer way to work

More visibility. Less spreadsheet chasing.

Collections teams need to know what happened, what is due next, and which accounts need attention. RecoveryDesk is being shaped around that daily reality.

Unclear daily priorities

Turn an account export into a focused list of overdue accounts, upcoming commitments, and items that need review.

Missed payment promises

Record promised dates and amounts, see upcoming commitments, and flag missed promises for human follow-up.

Reporting takes too long

Give managers a consistent view of workload, overdue balances, recorded recoveries, and unresolved next actions.

The platform

A practical workspace for the collections day.

Start alongside your existing lending or servicing system. Import account data, organize follow-up work, and give your team one place to track what happens next.

Help shape the product

CSV-first account import

Begin with data exports instead of waiting for costly integrations. Map fields, review errors, and organize accounts in one workflow.

Priority work queues

Filter by days past due, balance, promise status, assigned collector, or next action to help teams decide where to focus.

Promise-to-pay tracking

Keep the amount, date, outcome, account notes, and next follow-up together so commitments don't disappear into separate spreadsheets.

Manager-ready reporting

Review team workload and operational outcomes without building the same report from scratch every week.

Your workflow, your decisions

The product is designed to organize work and surface exceptions. Your staff approve actions and keep control of business decisions and customer conversations.

How it works

Designed to fit around your existing process.

No full system replacement as the starting point. Build on a straightforward workflow, then expand only when your team needs more.

IMPORT YOUR DATA

1. Bring in your accounts

Upload a supported account CSV from your current system. Review the mapped fields and correct import issues before updating the workspace.

ORGANIZE THE WORK

2. See what needs attention

Use filters and work queues to organize overdue accounts, upcoming promises, missed commitments, and assigned follow-ups.

REVIEW THE OUTCOME

3. Track and report

Record actions and outcomes, review account history, and give managers a consistent operational summary.

Built around customer control. The planned product helps your staff organize and track their work; it is not an outsourced collections service.

FAQ

Questions before you join?

A few details about what RecoveryDesk is—and what it isn't—at this stage.

Is RecoveryDesk available now?

RecoveryDesk is a proposed product in development. This website is an early-access landing page, not a claim that a production application is already available. Join the list to discuss the workflow and pilot requirements.

Who is the software intended for?

The initial target is independent US small-business lenders and commercial finance companies that need a clearer way to organize account follow-ups, repayment promises, and team reporting.

Will it replace our loan servicing system?

No replacement is planned for the initial release. The first product hypothesis is a lightweight workflow layer that works from supported account exports, with integrations considered later based on customer demand.

Will Prime Recovery Partners manage our collections?

The new direction is self-service software. Your organization will manage its own accounts and decisions; RecoveryDesk is intended to help organize and track the work rather than operate as an outsourced collections team.

Can we upload real customer data to the current prototype?

No. Use fictional or properly sanitized sample data during early demonstrations. Real account data should not be uploaded until production security controls, access permissions, data handling terms, and applicable legal requirements have been reviewed.

How will pricing work?

Subscription pricing is still being validated with prospective customers. Early-access conversations will help determine the right plan, user limits, and features before pricing is published.
